The need

My previous team received around 15–25 bilingual website projects a month. Preparing both language versions took time, especially on larger websites. After moving to freelance work, I needed a practical way to handle translations without a separate content team.

My contribution

I originated and built Translation Toolkit for my own work, then released it as a WordPress plugin. It works within the WPML workflow to automate translation of supported website content and help review and save translations.

Tools & decisions

WPML provides the multilingual website foundation. MyMemory and Chrome On-device are the translation engines currently supported. The goal was to offer a free-provider route alongside WPML rather than rely only on its paid automatic translation credits. WPML is required; provider availability and translation quality vary.

Scope & current outcome

The workflow covers supported posts, pages, Elementor content, taxonomies, strings, and ACF fields. Each content type needs appropriate handling within the existing multilingual structure. The plugin is newly released, so there is not enough data to claim measured time savings or adoption. The team’s monthly project volume describes the original problem, not plugin usage.

The need

The law firm needed a new website to present its services and provide a foundation for future SEO and advertising activity.

My contribution

The content department supplied the complete design and copy in Figma. I built the website from scratch, translating the approved layouts and content into a responsive WordPress experience.

Tools & decisions

WordPress and Elementor suited a straightforward business website and allowed a fast implementation of the supplied design. The build focused on clear service presentation and usable contact pathways across screen sizes.

Delivery

The website was implemented in four days. The linked website is the final delivery. SEO rankings, advertising results, and lead growth have not been measured as part of this case study.

My role: Store build, catalog migration & integrations

Delivery context: 4 days

The need

The previous React website displayed products and directed orders to WhatsApp, without product or order management. The business needed a manageable store with stock, product variations, filtering, and online payments.

My contribution

I built the store from a ready design. I extracted the existing product data from the old website hosted on Vercel and used Codex to transform it into a WordPress import format, preparing stock information and the catalog without manually re-entering every product.

Tools & decisions

WordPress, WooCommerce, WoodMart, and Elementor provided the store settings and presentation tools needed to deliver quickly. The bilingual store includes variable products and filters by attributes and prices.

Payments & shipping

Paymob was integrated and payment was tested successfully, with Apple Pay and Google Pay enabled. A shipping aggregation service was connected, but the client had not activated shipping. This distinction matters: the payment flow was verified; shipping was configured but not live.

Delivery

The implementation took four days. The confirmed outcome is a bilingual store with migrated catalog data and a tested payment flow; no revenue or conversion uplift is claimed.

The need

A new website was needed to make the consultancy’s services and work easier to explore and give prospective clients a clear way to contact the office.

My contribution

I implemented the full website from the supplied design and content, including its responsive presentation and production delivery.

Tools & decisions

WordPress and Elementor Pro were enough for this website’s scope. Using the supplied content and design kept the implementation focused and supported a short delivery schedule.

Delivery

The complete implementation took three days. The linked website shows the final work; this case study does not claim measured traffic or lead improvements.
